 Circle of Excellence - GOLD

CPCU Society's Central Missouri Chapter joins the CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE Columbia, MO, 07/03/07 The Central Missouri Chapter of the CPCU Society (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters) recently earned the Society's Gold Circle of Excellence for outstanding achievement during the 2006-2007 chapter year. This is the seventh year for this recognition program that distinguishes chapters as Bronze, Silver, or Gold, based on their efforts to achieve specific benchmarks in chapter performance.

CPCU Society chapters become part of the Circle of Excellence by completing activities that support the Society's Strategic Plan, further chapter goals, and help to ensure members success. The Central Missouri chapter will be recognized during the CPCU Society's 63rd Annual Meeting and Seminars held in Honolulu, HI, September 6-11, 2007.

Members of the CPCU Society's Central Missouri Chapter are involved in a number of educational, charitable, and volunteer events throughout the year and in the community.

The CPCU Society is a community of credentialed insurance professionals who promote excellence through ethical behavior and continuing education. The Society's nearly 26,000 members hold the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, which requires passing rigorous undergraduate and graduate level examinations, meeting experience requirements, and agreeing to be bound by a strict code of professional ethics. The CPCU designation is conferred by the American Institute for CPCU.
